Nuphorin is an anti-anxiety supplement manufactured by Vitavana, a dietary supplements manufacturing firm based in Seattle, Washington at 4509 Interlake Ave N #181. Nuphorin has been on the market for some time now and has developed a significant following and sales profile. Analysis of Ingredients

Nuphorin contains the following active ingredients: Ashwagandha (7% extract), GABA, Chamomile (4:1 extract), 5-HTP, DMAE Bitartrate, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Vitamin B6, Folic Acid (Vitamin B9), Vitamin B12, Calcium, and Magnesium. Ashwagandha From the Indian Ayurveda tradition comes Ashwagandha, also known by its Latin botanical name “Withania somnifera.” Preliminary studies have found support for the use of ashwagandha for a variety of medical conditions; however, until a double-blind peer-reviewed study is available in the scientific literature, it is important to understand that there is no conclusive scientific support for its use in anxiety. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) Vitamin B3 – also known as niacin – is one of the essential nutrients that your body needs in order to function properly. Its deficiency can lead to a number of major illnesses.
Vitamin B6 Vitamin B6 refers to a set of essential nutrients that provide the necessary resources for very important biological functions like gene expression. A deficiency can lead to very negative outcomes, sometimes beginning with marked confusion.
Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) Vitamin B9 – also known as folic acid – has been found to be a key factor in mental illnesses like depression. Individuals who experience a deficiency of vitamin B9 can potentially acquire psychological problems like anxiety and depression.
